Tushar Kumar, ChFC®, CLU®, founded Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors in 2015 with his brother, Vishal Kumar. Since 2015, he has been building the firm’s clientele throughout Northern and Southern California. He delivers financial planning and wealth management services to these clients. Specifically, he develops financial plans, retirement projections, manages investment portfolios and conducts coaching sessions. He works closely with his clients to support each of their financial goals ranging from buying a home to saving for college to leaving a legacy. The firm serves 200 clients and advises on $400 million of assets. Prior to founding Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, Tushar spent five years as a Wealth Management Advisor at Northwestern Mutual where he honed his financial advisory skills and started building his clientele.

Vishal’s Background:
Vishal Kumar co-founded Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors in 2015 with his brother, Tushar Kumar. Since 2015, he has been building the firm’s clientele throughout the Bay Area and New York City. Along with delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to these clients, Vishal oversees portfolio construction and investment due diligence for the firm.

Winnie’s Background:
V. Winnie Tungpagasit has been a practicing attorney since 1999. Prior to joining Finkelstein Bender & Fujii LLP, she worked at a firm in downtown San Francisco. Her current practice focuses on Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration and Real Estate related transactions. She has extensive civil litigation experience. In her estate planning practice, Winnie assists individuals and / or couples with their estate plan tailoring to each person(s) specific needs. She helps clients get their assets and property in order, and plan for the life beyond based on their preferences to minimize unnecessary expenses for their heirs.
