Forrest earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Western Washington University and his law degree is from Seattle University School of Law. Scott began his career at UBS, while still in college, in 2001. He specializes in client support, handling
operational inquiries and providing exceptional service. Scott utilizes his 16 years in the financial services
industry to bring impeccable industry knowledge and extensive problem solving skills to the team. Scott has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Washington. He is FINRA-registered and holds both Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In addition to being a member of the team, Scott is an avid Husky Football fan and enjoys participating in marathons with his wife. He currently resides in Bothell, WA with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Rob Mitra, Ph.D. is Professor of Genetics at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Mitra’s lab remains focused on this technology and has developed several front-end methods such as pooled-sample sequencing and Nested-Patch PCR. In addition, Dr. Mitra serves as Director of the Washington University Genomic Technology Access Center (GTAC), which provides next generation sequencing and analysis to the Washington University.

Victor Romero is the Founder of Mercury Cash. Romero was born in San Cristóbal, Táchira and lived in the area until he graduated high school and then went to the Venezuelan Air Force Academy. He graduated as an Officer in the 2008 with the highest score of Aviation Intelligence Specialist. Romero started to become an entrepreneur and created several startups, while in 2011 he graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Public Management in the National Experimental University of Tachira.
His first product was the book written by him called “Do not wait any longer, Do it now!,” which became a Bestseller in the Microeconomics field. Along the next years, Romero stands out as a Motivational Speaker, giving advice to young entrepreneurs about how to create a micro-company and pursue their dreams. After his arrival in the United States and getting licensed, he created Adventurous Entertainment and began the development of several startups, the most important of which is Mercury Cash.
