Head of Engineering for SMB Partnerships, Google
Ashraf Karim is the Global Head of Engineering for SMB Partnerships at Google. She is responsible for next-generation automation and efficiency applications designed to scale the organization’s $15B+ business. Prior to her current role at Google, Ashraf created the CRM platform for Google Apps. With over 15 years of experience, Ashraf has held positions in engineering, operations, and product management at Cisco Systems, Agilent Technologies, and Verizon Wireless. At Verizon Wireless, she led engineering for big data and a company-wide mobile strategy that would change the way employees worked as well as launched several applications which resulted in millions of dollars in cost savings.
Ashraf graduated with a BS degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California at Davis, holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering, and is finishing up a MS in Data Science from Northwestern University.
