To make the most out of conference week, book your accommodations through DJAC’s Hotel Room Block. Doing so is the only way to ensure that you receive all conference-related benefits, notifications and welcome information from DJAC upon check-in.
In addition reserving your accommodations through the DJAC block will enable you to build camaraderie with fellow attendees, speakers, and exhibitors beyond the event walls while continuing to network and grow relationships with your peers.
The conference team recommends flying into Dallas-Fort Worth International Aiport. Hyatt Regency DFW has a courtesy shuttle to all DFW terminals.

Parking
Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is pleased to offer valet parking options for all hotel guests. We also offer discounted self-parking rates for half-day (up to 6 hours) and full-day (over 6 hours and up to 24 hours) for registered hotel guests and business/event guests. Parking validation is also available, for up to 3 hours, for hotel guest dining with us in Mister G’s, Jacob’s, or ACES Bar. Clearance is 6ft, 6in.
Cars, RV’s and vans only. NO RV hook-up service available.
Valet service is open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
