Khairunissa Jivani is currently Director of Organizational Design, Change, and Transformation at AIG, who is focused on partnering with executive leadership teams and HR organizations to drive change programs to enhance operating models and organizational structures. Her specific focus is on designing and implementing target operating models through redesign of organizational structures, implementing change management and communication programs, developing training programs, influencing HR strategy and skills assessments, optimizing processes, adopting robotics and automation technologies, and expanding utilization of global Centers of Excellence.

Prior to joining AIG, Khairunissa was with Accenture as a Manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice, specializing in the Finance Transformation space. She has also held various positions at Warner Music Group and Deloitte. Khairunissa graduated from Emory University with her MBA in 2011, and also holds bachelors of science degrees from the University of Southern California (USC) in Business Administration and Accounting.

She is currently pursuing her certificate in Strategic HR Leadership at Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations School.
