Shaherose is currently a Senior Portfolio Director at Nike’s innovation incubator. Throughout her career she’s been a Product Manager, Marketer, Founder, and Incubator Lead. She has launched and led 12 different technology products working across 3 venture-backed startups and consulting for early-stage teams. In parallel, she built a movement of change as the CEO & co-founder of Women 2.0, the technology industry’s first media company for women in technology and Founder Labs, the technology industry’s first Lean Startup incubator.

Through this work, she reached over a 1MM female founders around the world and more directly impacted over 100 founders of which the top 38% went on to raise $120MM+ collectively or were acquired within 5 years by companies including Yahoo!, Wiley, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, One Medical, RetailMeNot, Twilio and AdRoll.

She sits on the Board of Directors of Good World Solutions that builds technology solutions for emerging market factories and their workers to be more connected, safe and equitable as is an advisor to Republic.co (an AngelList sister company).
