Shirin is currently the Vice-President of Supply for series-B startup Honor, a home care business based in San Francisco. In this role, she manages a team of 20 recruiting, training, marketing, and HR specialists who are responsible for hiring, onboarding, and retaining 1,000+ caregivers to care for seniors. Prior to joining Honor in March, Shirin spent five years at LinkedIn as the “COO” of the North America Talent Solutions business — supporting the sales team of 7 sales directors, 80 sales managers, 500 sales reps, and $1B of bookings. Prior to LinkedIn, Shirin worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for nearly five years. Shirin has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
